Real models. Real outcomes.

$200K raised. $5M in progress.

A neurostimulation startup came to me pre-seed — no model, no projections, no financial infrastructure. I built a fully integrated 3-statement model with scenario toggles, KPI dashboard, and investor summary tab. They closed $200K. Three years later, the same model is backing their active $5M seed raise. That's what I build — models founders open before every board meeting, not files they archive after one pitch.

39 sheets. 52,000+ formulas. 10 months.

Enterprise B2B SaaS security marketplace needed a full investor-ready model from scratch. Built a 3-statement model with DCF valuation, 4 economic scenarios, 10 crisis types, and 6 global regions — each with differentiated growth assumptions benchmarked against Damodaran, Gartner, and Mordor Intelligence. Delivered with an 18-page stakeholder report and complete documentation package.

11 years of messy financials, untangled.

A growth-stage company with 30 employees needed clarity before they could plan forward. I analyzed 11 years of historical books, separated owner loans from company debt, restructured their financial picture, and built a clean 12-month operational model. Leadership now uses it for every hiring and budget decision.

One platform, two models.

A proptech company needed more than projections — they needed a tool for daily operations too. I built two distinct models from the same data architecture: one forward-facing for investors and stakeholders, one internal for management tracking. Both stayed in sync so the numbers leadership used internally matched what they showed externally.
